This 60-minute webinar will cover the basics of Medicaid LTSS eligibility for nursing home residents and HCBS enrollees. Attendees will better understand the different ways in which states cover HCBS and protections available to all LTSS beneficiaries.
The webinar will cover:
- Protections under Medicaid for individuals receiving care in nursing facilities;
- The various ways states administer Medicaid HCBS including waivers, state plan amendments, state options, and through managed care delivery systems; and
- Recent updates regarding the HCBS Settings Rule eviction protections.
