Continuum of Care (CoC) Annual Meetings

Sacramento Steps Forward hosts the Annual CoC Meetings to:

  • Inform

    Annual meetings inform the broader CoC and homelessness response system (HRS) community of recent accomplishments, current projects, and future plans from within the CoC. They also provide education on the current regional HRS landscape and changing requirements for providers.

  • Engage

    Annual meetings engage a broader audience of HRS stakeholders from the Sacramento region, initiating active conversations on relevant topics and soliciting feedback that influences CoC actions and priorities.

  • Collaborate

    Annual meetings provide a venue for new or strengthened collaboration between community partners, bringing everyone onto the same page and providing resources for connecting within the HRS.

Past Meetings

The Sacramento CoC held its 2022 Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 21 via Zoom. This half-day session provided information on Sacramento’s homeless response system and gathered stakeholder input to develop a local action plan to address homelessness in Sacramento. The Sacramento CoC held its 2021 Annual Meeting on May 26 via Zoom. This half-day virtual meeting focused on education and information-sharing about the state of homelessness in our community and the current work of the CoC to address it, as well as upcoming challenges, opportunities, and goals.
