S-CAS (Survivor CAS) Training Series

Welcome to the three-part Survivor Coordinated Access System (SCAS) training series to help provide you with the most current programs and opportunities applicable to survivors.

In this series, Sacramento Steps Forward will help strengthen your social work skills and competencies in relationship to survivors’ needs, making their homelessness experience rare, brief, and nonrecurring. The series will be offered and recorded via Zoom in July and September. Registration is required.

  • SCAS 101 for Providers
  • SCAS 202 – For New and Existing VSP’s in SCAS
  • SCAS #3: Adding Client Participants to SCAS

Please note that each training course is not for all providers. Be sure to review the training description to determine content applicability for your role.
