Trauma and stress affect everyone at some point, so we can all benefit from coping tools. Remarkably Resilient Together, or RRT for short, is a simple program that anyone from any background can use immediately to deal with daily challenges arising from trauma or stress and to regulate their emotions.
Developed in consultation with mental health experts by three sisters who survived extensive childhood abuse, RRT cards and a guided Reflective Journal provide easy and effective ways to practice emotional regulation and self-care – the keys to becoming more resilient.
