NTTAC Event: Bridging Divides – Where Systems Meet For Youth & Families Wellness Success Series

This 3-part webinar series provides a practical roadmap for those seeking to reimagine or build effective cross-sector collaborations that serve youth and families. Each 90 minute session builds upon the previous, moving from foundational concepts to practical implementation and long-term sustainability using interactive and hands-on activities.

#1: For Youth Sakes: Pivot Quickly! 

This session examines the current landscape of fragmented youth services and makes the case for immediate, strategic pivots toward cross-sector collaboration. Participants will explore the real-world impact of system disconnection on youth and family outcomes and learn practical frameworks for initiating effective partnerships. Through interactive mapping exercises, attendees will identify existing resources, service gaps, and potential collaboration points within their own communities.

#2: Programs that Connect – The Evolution

This session focuses on designing collaborative programs that effectively address complex youth and family needs. Participants will learn step-by-step approaches for creating integrated service models that maximize resources and expertise across sectors. The D.O.V.E.S Network®️ Continuous Care Model will be presented as a case study, demonstrating how effective referral pathways can be established and maintained between diverse community partners.

#3: Sustainability in Uncertainty 

This session addresses the critical challenge of sustaining cross-sector initiatives amid changing funding landscapes, shifting priorities, and leadership transitions. Participants will develop strategies for institutionalizing successful collaborative approaches through policy development, resource sharing agreements, and communication frameworks that enhance system-wide coordination. Through interactive planning exercises, attendees will create action plans for implementing immediate changes within their own organizations while building toward longer-term system integration.
