I will provide oversight to program operations, maintain operational procedures, and manage compliance requirements for funding sources. My role involves ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.

What motivated you to join SSF?

SSF’s unique position to remove barriers for unhoused individuals and families and support them in achieving permanent housing solutions motivated me to join.

What do you wish people knew about homelessness?

It takes a substantial amount of resources to help someone attain a permanent housing solution. Undoing the harm caused by being unhoused takes time and care.

What are you excited to do in your new role?

I’m excited to problem-solve and contribute to removing barriers for individuals and families seeking permanent housing solutions. I’m also looking forward to getting to know colleagues and community members who share this mission.
