“Connections to resources” explains the number of households (individuals or families) who have called the Sacramento 2-1-1 (#8) Housing Crisis Line and were linked to relevant resources. These can include emergency assistance funds, emergency shelter, case management, and other supportive services. The Housing Crisis Line responds to thousands of people each month, providing an increased community capacity and an essential “front door to service” for those facing homelessness or housing instability.
