SACRAMENTO (August 2, 2018) — Sacramento Steps Forward released its 2017 Annual Report today marking the beginning of what will become an annual tradition.
The report provides the community with a comprehensive overview of the Sacramento Steps Forward’s work in 2017, including its role as the lead agency for Sacramento’s Homeless Continuum of Care.
Highlights from this report include new data extracted from the Homeless Management Information System, a breakdown of HEARTH Act funding in Sacramento, the launch of our new Ending Homelessness Together training program, and a review of our Outreach and Engagement program.
