Supporting Pathways to Housing and Recovery with Harm Reduction

Apr 17, 2025, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Join the California Communities Peer-to-Peer Zoom call for an informative and empowering discussion on how harm reduction approaches create meaningful pathways to long-term housing stability and recovery for people experiencing homelessness.

Learn how these evidence-based strategies meet people where they are on their journey, removing barriers to engagement and building trust to increase successful housing outcomes for participants of shelter and interim housing programs. PATH Santa Barbara will showcase their implementation of practical harm reduction techniques in their programs, followed by ample time for questions and peer sharing on staff training approaches, overcoming challenges, and building successful community partnerships to support residents’ next steps toward housing and recovery.

Please come ready to ask questions and share your experience!
