Individual wellness contributes to workplace wellness. In this fun and interactive gathering on Zoom, we’ll connect with other relatives in the movement, learn new tools and strategies to manage stress and live a better, more balanced life.
The small and large group supportive and meaningful conversations, polls, and networking, will fill our advocacy wellness bags and help us to create healthy work environments and better serve our communities, families, and survivors.
