COVID-19 Response

We collaborate with community partners to provide emergency resources and support, pave housing pathways, and target the hardest-to-reach populations to ensure equitable resource access throughout this public health crisis.

Emergency Housing Vouchers

We and SHRA are collaborating to take action on this unprecedented opportunity to house 494 households through the Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHVs) awarded to Sacramento by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Racial Equity

We organize community discussions with local cross-disciplinary stakeholders and people with lived experience to help prioritize activities and co-create solutions to end racial inequities in Sacramento’s homeless response system.

Rapid Access & Problem Solving

We streamline access to the coordinated entry system’s new problem-solving resources aimed at ensuring more equitable, expedient, and open access for our unhoused neighbors.

Our Core Services

Leadership & Engagement

We collaborate with our partners and facilitate system connections to strengthen our community’s response to homelessness.

Homeless Response System Planning

We support the CoC Board with information, expertise, data, coordination, and recommendations for action, including the Point-in-Time Count and Coordinated Entry.

Coordinated Entry & Outreach

We operate the Sacramento CoC Coordinated Entry System, convene the CoC Board Coordinated Entry, and focus on building equitable access to housing resources.

Funding & Grant Management

We assist with investing and managing state and federal funding, supporting a rigorous CoC public process to decide what activities and projects to fund.
