Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer
As the Officer of Strategic Initiatives, Ya-yin is responsible for developing, communicating, executing and sustaining SSF’s high priority state and locally funded initiatives, overseeing system performance, and assisting with stakeholder relations.
Ya-yin brings an extensive background working with local agencies, housing initiatives, project management and stakeholder relations. She has lived and worked in the Sacramento region for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors.
