Lessons Learned from CalAIM: Enacting California’s new Housing-Related Services for People Experiencing Homelessness

Tuesday, April 29, 9:00 a.m. PDT

Join us for a 90-minute webinar on the impact of California’s statewide initiatives to address the complex care needs of people experiencing homelessness. In this webinar, Homebase will provide an overview of key lessons learned from CalAIM’s housing-related services – Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports – and the Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program.

Homebase will highlight the impact of these initiatives on people experiencing homelessness and homeless systems of care. You’ll also hear from four diverse perspectives on successes and challenges in implementing CalAIM, featuring panelists from Alameda, Fresno/Madera, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties. This webinar is free and open to the public, and relevant for both California and national audiences. We encourage policy makers, health care and homeless system of care providers, CoCs, CalAIM providers and others to attend.
