Sacramento Steps Forward, in partnership with the Youth Action Board (YAB), is developing a mobile app to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY) experiencing or at risk of homelessness easily connect with resources. With YHDP funding from HUD, we’re seeking an off-the-shelf software solution tailored to our community.

We are pleased to announce that Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem) is making grant funding available to community-based organizations in Anthem’s Medi-Cal Counties to address food insecurity. The deadline for applicants to submit a proposal for this opportunity is Friday, May 30, 2025. Anthem’s Food Insecurity Grants will support local organizations to access funds to address food insecurity in communities, particularly for marginalized populations.
