Sacramento’s Continuum of Care (CoC) hosts annual meetings to inform the broader community of recent accomplishments, current projects, and plans for our homelessness response system. These gatherings also report on the status of homelessness and changing requirements and policies.
Meetings invite and engage the entire community, as well as key decision-makers and representatives from various agencies and organizations. Conversations and insights inform CoC actions and priorities for the year to come.
The 2025 CoC Annual Meeting will provide an opportunity for the Sacramento community to participate in developing and defining a new era for our homelessness response system. With the likelihood of reduced funding from local, state, and federal sources, coordination and collaboration are essential. The CoC will continue to lead our region with purposeful, productive plans to meet today’s challenges in preventing and resolving homelessness.
This year’s Annual Meeting will be held virtually over two days. Both sessions will cover the same core content, but with additional opportunities for engagement on Day 2. Attendees are welcome to join either day or both, depending on what works best for their schedules and interests. Participants will hear from local leaders, explore emerging priorities, and help inform key planning efforts related to funding for our region. Specifically, we will focus on the our region’s application for the state’s Homeless Housing, Assistance & Prevention (HHAP) grant program, including updating the All In Sacramento Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan.
