Call for Nominations: Advisory Board – Candidates with Lived Homeless Experience (with minor children)

SACRAMENTO (August 3, 2018) — The Advisory Board seeks one (1) individual with lived homeless experience specific to living in homelessness with minor children to join them in the decision-making body of the Sacramento City and County Continuum of Care responsible for U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development funding for homeless programs in the community. The Sacramento CoC Advisory Board’s main objectives are to ensure HUD funding for Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Rehousing among other programs within the Sacramento Continuum of Care, and to provide recommendations to the Sacramento Steps Forward Board of Directors.
