The Sacramento Continuum of Care hosted a public workshop on Sept. 6 to discuss the latest Homeless Emergency Aid Program and California Emergency Solutions and Housing Program grant proposal developed by Sacramento Steps Forward, the County of Sacramento, and the City of Sacramento.
