Key topics will include an analysis of steps organizations must take to become Medi-Cal ready including electronic record and billing systems; strategies to access CalAIM reimbursement, and the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP).
Securing Public Funding

Topics include a survey of relevant federal, state, and local public funding resources and their distribution protocols; strategies to track and secure public funding; working with elected officials to increase funding, how to access elected officials’ discretionary funds, and, the most commonly required evaluation and financial systems that must be in place to submit a competitive application and carryout required grant activities.
